Located in the heart of Kitchener—just 1 minute from the bustling Fairway area—our spacious 1,140 sq. ft. studio is designed for movement, creativity, and community. Starting this October, we’re excited to open our doors to instructors and professionals in search of a flexible, fully-equipped space.

Pricing:

Weekdays: Monday to Friday (9:00 am-5:00 pm)

• Hourly: $40/hr + HST

• 5-10 hours: 35/hr + HST

• 10+ hours: 30/hr + HST

Weeknights and Weekends: Monday to Friday (5:00-11:00 pm), Saturday & Sunday (9:00 am-9:00 pm)

• Hourly: 55/hr + HST

• 5-10 hours: 50/hr + HST

• 10+ hours: 45/hr + HST
  
  *Please note that we require insurance (for business use) and a signed rental agreement before we can proceed with rentals. Cancellations must be made with 48 hours of notice. Failure to do so will incur a full fee.
